AIMS AMP to buy property for $161m

Singapore’s AIMS AMP Capital Industrial Reit said on Monday it plans to buy a property, which includes a warehouse and logistics facility, in the city-state for $161 million. The property has an initial net property income yield of 7.7% and AIMS AMP Capital will finance the acquisition from debt and equity, the company said in a statement. AIMS AMP was formerly known as MacarthurCook Industrial Reit.
